Berbera – (QN24) – The President Of Somaliland, His Excellency Muse Bihi Abdi, Has Officially Opened A Tax-Free Zone Implemented By DPWorld In Berbera.
The President Said That This Project Will Make Berbera Port Competitive With International Ports, Saying That They Will Be Used By Landlocked Countries In Africa.
“The Projects Implemented in Berbera Will Make The Port Of Berbera A Competitive Port With International Ports, A Port That Serves The Region We Live In And All The Landlocked Countries In Africa,” Said President Bihi.
He Said that This Project Will Create Economic Integration Between Somaliland And Other Countries, Create More Jobs And Exchange Knowledge And Experience, And He Said That This Will Make The Port International.
Many Companies, Including Some National And Some International, Have Registered With Us And Welcomed The Launch Of This Project, Saying That They Are Happy To Be Part Of The Companies That Will Use This Area.
The Opening Ceremony Was Attended By The Leaders Of DP World, The Leaders Of Registered Companies In The Region, Other Delegates From Governments Interested In The Project And Somaliland Leaders.
