As You Are Aware, The Duty Of The Nation Is By Nature To Be Cyclical. Therefore, I Have Realized That Starting From Today’s Date, I Will Remove You As The Governor Of Gabiley Region Of The Republic Of Somaliland.

1. That Abdi Osman Dhaga-Weyne Abdulle Is From Today’s Date The Minister Of Investment Development And Industry Of The Republic Of Somaliland.

2. To Change The Governor Of Sool Abdikarim Aden Haji Diriye To Be The Governor Of Gabiley Region Of The Republic Of Somaliland.

3. That Abdikarim Syed Aw-Abdi From Today’s Date Will Be The Governor Of Sool Region Of The Republic Of Somaliland.
